A Garden Grows at The NIC
The Mueller Sculpture Garden is blooming.
Help us keep it growing.
Nestled beside The NIC, the Mueller Sculpture Garden offers a peaceful place to experience art in the open air. With new landscaping, an ADA-accessible path, and a contemplative bench, the garden invites visitors to pause and enjoy a moment with nature and creativity.
This outdoor space was made possible by the generosity of Ed and Barbara Mueller, whose support helped launch a lasting cultural addition for Casper. The garden was built to grow, with plans for new sculptures, community gatherings, and more ways to connect through art.

Sponsor a Metal Bug
Add your name or someone special’s to the growing story of the Mueller Sculpture Garden.
Local artist Betsy Bower has created a collection of hand-forged metal bees, butterflies, and ladybugs. Each one will live permanently on the garden trellis, nestled among flowers and sculptures. These bugs are more than art. They represent memory, care, and a shared investment in community.
Each bug includes a custom dedication
plaque and will be permanently installed
in the garden.
Sponsorship Levels:
-
Ladybug - $500
-
Bee -$1,000
-
Butterfly - $2,500
Funds raised from bug sponsorships will support the next phase of the garden, including future sculpture installations and long-term landscaping needs.
