Events and Community Coordinator

The Nicolaysen Art Museum is looking for someone who is organized, energetic, adaptable, and passionate about serving our community.

We’re looking for a team member who can take initiative, communicate well, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively across the museum. This position will work closely with the museum’s marketing team to support fundraising initiatives, events, and facility rentals.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• A self-starter who takes initiative and also knows when to seek approval from the Executive Director

• Energetic, positive, and adaptable

• Able to collaborate effectively with the museum’s marketing team to support fundraising initiatives, events, and facility rentals

• A strong communicator with excellent people skills, including verbal and timely written communication

• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about serving the community
