¡ Front Desk (minimum of a three-month commitment)
Greet the public, count visitors, answer phones, four hour shifts available
¡ Mailings (usually 3 – 4 times per year)
Help fold, stuff, label and seal envelopes for bulk mailings
¡ Docent (as needed)
Receive training and conduct tours of the gallery
¡ Children’s Activities (birthday parties, special events, etc.; great opportunity to work with children; as needed)
¡ Clerical, Data Entry, Cataloguing, Research (minimum of 1-hour per week commitment)
¡ Special Holiday Events (seasonal)
¡ Museum Shop (minimum of three-month commitment)
¡ Art Festival, Annual Dinner, Art Show and Sale, Artist Receptions (annual; as needed)
